    The Digital Trader is responsible for delivering and growing client digital spend through for either Programmatic, Social or Performance channels. He or she supports the Media Teams by providing them with campaign recommendations and insights.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Responsible for managing and delivering key client spend, through excellent campaign strategy management.
    • Advanced knowledge of DSP and Self-Serve platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Google Ads (Search, Video and Display), MS Bing, Amazon AMP and Teads Ads Manager
    • Advanced knowledge of Social trading platforms such as FB Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager
    • Campaign set-up of programmatic buys in DSPs, with daily in-console monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
    • Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for campaigns.
    • Partner with Engagement team to provide feedback to clients, including on boarding and optimization of campaigns.
    • Maintain subject matter competency on RTB, DSPs, retargeting, programmatic trading, and the display advertising space, including emerging creative executions, 3rd party technologies and use of 1st and 3rd party data. Being able to request, implement and follow up PMPs.
    • Contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new and opportunistic opportunities, encouraging planning teams to implement creative solutions. Sometimes you need to help to create proposals of your current clients.
    • Update of Programmatic Team blacklists based on brand safety tools.
    • Review and analyze brand safety tools such as IAS or DV, as point of reference for campaign optimizations
    • Advanced understanding of online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e.g. cookies, adservers, etc.)
    • Leading Digital campaigns thru developing activities (expertise, guidelines from the global team, trainings, etc).
    • Understand and communicate value proposition, technology, and partnerships, to help grow clients’ accounts.
    • For some clients we should be able to create a report with comments and a short analysis of the campaign performance.
    • Being proactive with the communication with internal clients and partners to meet the campaign goals.


    Required Experience:
    • 2-4 year experience in the RTB space, agency trading desks and/or media industry
    • 2+ year trading experience using MediaMath and either DV360 or Amazon AMP a must.
    • Good industry knowledge, with the ability to articulate current trends and the impact on trading.
    • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising landscape
    • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrable ability to deliver results through optimization and/or innovation.
    • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.


    Skills and Competencies:
    • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong analytical/quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets with minimal support
    • Ability to thrive in an intense, and high growth environment
    • Process driven and organized
    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
